Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of the fabric and the place to which they are sent and are charged separately, except for special promotions.
The shipping rate varies according to the area where the product is destined. Our destinations include: Spain (Peninsula), the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Europe, EEC countries Rest of Europe
As soon as the order leaves our warehouses, we will provide tracking and delivery information.
TenemosTela reserves the right to modify the transport and shipping conditions if necessary. Always prior notice to the client. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all items.
Can I return my order?
TenemosTela want you to be delighted with your purchase when you receive it, but otherwise you will have 15 days to return your order.
Despite being a cut-to-size product, we comply with current regulations that grant you the right to return any product that has not been handled. The fabrics cannot be ready-made and must arrive in perfect condition.
The shipping costs of the return or exchange will be assumed by the customer as long as it is not due to an error in the preparation of the order.
How to do it?
To process the return, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number attached to the emails you have received and we will provide you with the address to which you have to send the items you want to return or exchange.
You will have to send the fabrics you want to return in their original packaging.
When we receive the items and verify that they have arrived in good condition, we will make your refund in the same way in which you made the payment and within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the return.
